Sedona Beer Company was founded by a local couple passionate about beer and community.
The Sedona Beer Company has an awesome patio and a great place to hang out with your friends. It is about making beer that connects you with where you are. All of their base malt is grown and malted here in the Verde Valley. They believe one of the ways to remain truly Independent Craft is to break out of the macro-beer supply chain. Support local businesses, protect our watershed, and use ingredients that the bigger brewers aren’t able to.
Sedona Beer Company offers up some amazing food that truly pairs with their beers. The beers are amazing but you gotta try to the fried chicken sandwich. The Motherclucker Chicken Sandwich is a must try but remember it does have a little hear. Then it’s on to the fries where you can pick from all kinds of toppings including garlic & herb, salt & vinegar, parm, truffle, everything bagel and furikake. The sauces as well are mind blowing. Sedona Beer Company takes it to a whole new level with over a dozen specialty sauces.
With the globalization of our supply chain and the proliferation of technology and information brewers anywhere in the world can craft quality beers that mimic those beers that once made a region unique. However, the great historical innovations of beer have developed from regional constraints that have driven brewers to be creative on their quest. It’s about making good beer for the local community. Sedona Beer Company believes it is not only the responsible thing to source as many of their ingredients as locally as we can but by using the unique products of the Verde Valley they are creating beer that while reminiscent of the rigid classic styles represent a local evolution that is entirely specific to where and when you find yourself drinking them.
