Welcome! We are COLT Grill, a small group of BBQ smokehouses located in the coolest cities and towns of Northern Arizona. Each restaurant has a full bar and a menu entirely made from scratch, centered around smoked meats.  We are family owned, and believe in the value of hard work, personal responsibility and perseverance.

At COLT we cook our foods carefully, in giant steel smokers with genuine hardwoods, ensuring each item is permeated with rich smoked flavors that typify the American West.

Our menu of smoked baby back ribs, brisket, chicken and pulled pork, pair with our prize-winning hand-ground Prime burgers, tacos and large fresh-cut salads.

Ingredients for Corn breads, beans, fruit cobblers and whiskey brownies, are cut, chopped and formed by a meticulous, hard-working kitchen crew who love cooking for hungry patrons seeking an affordable -but fantastic- hand-made meal.

Our dining rooms may look a bit classy, but we’re really just a casual, affordable, walk-up grill. We play great music, have cozy upholstered chairs, and strive to give you welcoming hospitality and kindness.
